Inspired Yoga Studio

Inspired Yoga Studio was established in 2011 and the founders are Foo Jong Hau and Junko Kominami. Both of them have been in the yoga scene for many years and are leading yoga teachers in Malaysia.

In Inspired Yoga Studio, we have gathered many experienced yoga teachers and also offering various yoga classes.  Therefore, you can definitely find the yoga classes that suit you, from newbies to experienced yogis. We also have a wide range of students, males and females, from teenagers to 80 years old yoga enthusiast. All are welcome and we believe that yoga is for everyone! 

Inspired Yoga Studio is also a registered Yoga Alliance School and we are offering Teacher Training Course every year. We teach you special techniques to improve your yoga practice, learning how to teach, sequence a class and more. We make sure the trainees make the best use and improve with leaps and bounds.

Our studio often invite well known yoga teachers for workshops. Teachers like Desiree Rumbaugh, Dice and Brionhy, Dylan Werner, Mac Kenzie and more had taught workshops at Inspired Yoga Studio. 

We strongly believe in continue education and improvements. There will also be in-house workshops as well. On top of that, we also organize special class and yoga retreats.
