No reservation is required for all the classes. You can just drop by anytime to join any classes that you want.
Don't worry if you have forgotten or do not have yoga mats. We do provide the yoga mats.

YOGA CLASSES
If you are new to yoga, can consider attending basic yoga, yin yoga and gentle flow. Below are the descriptions of the yoga classes.

Basic yoga - is an introduction to the fundamental of yoga poses. The poses ranges from standing, sitting, inverted, backbending, twisting and more. The pace will be slow and steady to allow you to learn and proper alignment of the poses.
Yin yoga - is a slow paced style of yoga with postures that are held for a longer periods of time ranging form 1 minute to 5 minutes or more. Yin yoga focus on the connective tissues of the body with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
Gentle Flow - is a slow moving yoga class that synchronizes movement with breath for the mind and body connection. It is great to revitalize the body and to restore the body internal balance.
Hatha yoga - is a more classical form of yoga. It can be a strong class on some days but also toned down to accommodate the majority of the students.
Flow - is a more dynamic, faster moving yoga class. It is designed to build stamina and increase strength and endurance. This class is an intense yet seamless flow of energizing poses that works up to a challenging finish.
Inspired Flow - is a specially designed class to work towards a specific peak pose. Specific alignments and techniques are taught to open up the body parts and make the peak pose achievable.
Yogalates - is an exercise method combining the strength of Pilates and the flexibility of yoga.This class focuses on the overall body flexibility and building strength in the deep muscles of the abdominal region.
Chi - is a fusion of taichi and yoga. It combines the taichi and yoga movements and also the breathing techniques. This clas is suitable for everyone
DANCE CLASSES
Line Dance - A line dance is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows, all facing either each other or in the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time
Zumba - An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.

AcroYoga
AcroYoga (Special Class)
The founder Foo Jong Hau and Junko Kominami is the 1st and only Level 2 Acroyoga Certified Teacher in Malaysia and in South East Asia.
They teach AcroYoga in a fun way with safety being a a priority as well. This is a very popular class and it's a great way to make new friends and being part of the community. However, this class is only on special days, usually during public holiday. Please follow is in Facebook so you don't missed out this special class.
